1.When will the event take place?
Oct. 12th-14th , 2021.
2.Where will the event take place?
The event will take place in The JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square
3.How many people are expected to attend?
We are expecting nearly 600 people to attend this year.
4.What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for BFC Healthcare Investment Conference is business casual or business professional.
5.What time does the event start and end each day?
The hours for the event are as follows:
Oct 12th Pre-conference meeting from 13:00-17:45
Oct 13th Conferences from 09:00 to 18:00
Oct 14th Conferences from 09:30 to 17:00
6.Will the conference sessions be offered in English or Chinese (Mandarin)?
The greater majority of the presentations are given in Mandarin, however some of the sessions that cater to western company topics will be conducted in English.
7.Will simultaneous translation be provided?
Simultaneous translation will not be provided for all conference days.
8.Will the sessions or any part of BFC Healthcare Investment Conference be streamed live via the Internet?
NO, the event will not be streamed live via the Internet.
9.Will the presentation slides be given to attendees?
Speakers’ Slides won’t be shared.
10.How do I pick up my badge?
Please bring your photo ID and business card to the registration desk at the the Westin Bund Cente Shanghai during the registration times listed in the program agenda to pick up your badge.
11.What is the nearest airport recommended for attendees to fly into?
For international flights, it is recommended to fly into Pudong International Airport (PVG). For domestic flights, it is recommended to fly into Hongqiao International Airport (SHA).
12.How long does it take to get to/from the airport, and how much does it cost?
Without traffic, it takes approximately 30 minutes from the Hongqiao International Airport (SHA)&50minutes from the Pudong International Airport（PVG）

Road Show: 14000RMB
2.What does my registration include?
Your registration fee includes access to all the conference sessions, on-site materials, light breakfast snacks, networking refreshment breaks, lunches, networking receptions.
3.What forms of payment are accepted for registration?
The preferred method for payment is in CNY (Chinese RMB) via bank transfer, however, we can accept USD via credit card or bank transfer as well. We will also accept cash on-site if necessary
4.How can I obtain a receipt or Chinese invoice for my registration payment?
If you need an invoice, please send an email email@example.com and we will have the invoice mailed to you. We can issue a Chinese invoice only if you have made payment in RMB.
5.Can I send a colleague or friend in my place?
Yes, you may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to change the attendee name.
6.I have already registered and paid to attend the event. Is it possible to cancel my registration and obtain a refund?
All payments are non-refundable. You can transfer your attendance to a colleague or friend or apply your registration for credit towards a future BFC event.
7.Is there a one-day pass?
We do not offer one-day passes to attend BFC Healthcare Investment Conference.
8.I am not a Chinese citizen. Do I need a visa to travel to China for the conference?
Yes, any non-Chinese citizens require a visa to travel to China for the conference. You could request the invitation letter by sending an application to email@example.com
9.Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
No, you must book your hotel accommodations separately. You could book your group rate for 6th BFC BD and Investment Conference. Marriott hotel(s) offering your special group rate:
JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square for 1500.00 CNY per night including one or two daily breakfasts
10.I am a member of the press. Can I attend the event for free?
